What To Do Before Your Appointment

Don't feel flustered arriving at your appointment. We've compiled a helpful guide for appointment preparation at Bay Imaging Consultants.

• Please arrive at our office 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (30 minutes for MRI exams) to complete any necessary paperwork.
• Please be prepared to present a photo ID and any insurance cards upon arrival.
• In the best interest of your child’s safety, we ask that you please make arrangements for their care while you are having your test performed at our facilities.
• A 24 hour notice is appreciated for any cancelled appointments.
